why im cant set www.http//firefox for home page.??why we have to re store evetime when we washing a movie,,,then they automatic to ture off ?are they have any shearch with out of the google ?

why does my fire fox keep crashing the screen goes black i get tab just crashed already updated and cleaned my ram and did everything i could think of and still crashing am still crashing on troubleshooting mode

Okay. So I downloaded Firefox on my chromebook from flathub, but it keeps crashing. I open a new tab: it crashes. I close a tab: it crashes. I don't open or close anything: it crashes. I don't touch anything: it crashes.

I've says that either my theme or one of my add-ons is causing the crashes but I removed my theme and it still crashes and I can't remove any add-on because it crashes if I try to open a new tab.

Now, did/does anyone else have this problem or am I just stupid and missing a very obvious thing.

my firefox keep crashing when i join google meet and i need to do multitask so i open another firefox windows(private or not) it always crash few second after, i have tried the trouble shoot mode its still crashing, even the new windows from SSO request do trigger my firefox to crash. when the browser crash it does offer me to restore my session

The dialogue box says "The application is exiting and cannot service this request"

Nonetheless Firefox seem to be functioning as I would expect apart from the irritating appearance of the dialogue box that I have described.

I attached a scan of the dialogue box - how do I prevent it appearing and/or is it signifying anything important,

hi when I play on facebook june's journey the game starts to crash in several different ways, windows 10 is supposed to start on october but I have been having lots of problems on mine since they send the end agreement notice, I am a 76 grandparent and I am not interested in new changes I am ok with my computer as it is, I've paid for windows 10 when it came out, and i will not pay again for a new one. Appreciate all the help I can get from you and many thanks in advance for your help

3 fix the memory leak that has been a problem for maybe a little over a year now, no extensions installed firefox crashes on a regular basis when not in focus.

Fix these things and ill come back. Till then, im done downloading firefox for my systems and my customers. Its unstable and unusable... In a time where theres barely any other option.

I have just reinstalled Windows 10 and now I cannot see my old firex=ox history from prior to the reinstall of Windows 10 Is there a solution and also i downloaded firefox and now every tab crashes immediately

Just got my repaired laptop back. Windows Home 23H2 build 22631.6199. Installed Firefox, synched my account. Firefox or a firefox tab have crashed 19 times in the last 3 days since the fresh install.

Actually crashed while preparing this message. What to do?

I had an issue where my browser disappeared. Here are specifics for my installation.

I relaunched and then restored previous session. After that, I searched open tabs, but when I selected a tab that was reported to be opened,  it was not restored. I went to troubleshooting mode and it worked fine suggesting some issue with an extension.  What, if any logs could I capture to help debug? thanks

My firefox has been closing while I am away from my computers. I have a few computer running linux (Ubuntu 24.04) and one in mac osx (Big Sur). Usually, I can start firefox and it will remember my tabs which is annoying but still manageable. However, once in a while, (which happened yesterday), all the firefox closed on all the computers and it forgot my tabs when I start firefox again.

I have already set app.update.auto to false on all of the firefox instance prior to this incident to avoid firefox update would close out firefox itself. So if anyone has any idea of what to check to see why firefox keep closing and/or why once in a while it will not remember my tabs, I would really appreciate it.

I would like to report a potential bug in Mozilla Firefox related to recent updates.

After downloading a PDF file and opening it directly in the browser, the tab crashes. Following this crash, it becomes impossible to open any files (regardless of file type) within the browser — every attempt results in another tab crash. The crash report cannot be reviewed, as the tab fails immediately and can only be closed.

As a temporary workaround, changing the default PDF handler to an external application prevents the issue. However, this is not a viable solution for us, since some of our internal systems require PDFs to open directly in the browser after download.

We have verified that this issue does NOT occur in version 148.0.2 — everything works correctly there. However, after updating to version 149.0, the problem reappears consistently. Firefox also automatically updates after synchronization, making it difficult to remain on a stable version.

According to the release notes, there were changes in PDF handling in recent updates, so this may be related to a technical regression.

Could you please investigate this issue or advise on a proper fix or workaround?

I've got constant crashes jn last update Firefox 148.0.2 (Desktop). Often it happens when Google Meets launched in browser and i started switch between tabs or another applications. Firefox suddenly crashes without any displayed error. Attempt to troubleshoot it in "safe mode" doesn't help (it also suddenly crashes.

• When I had redirected following output: "Exiting due to channel error."
• after restart, I launched "about:crashes", but there were no entries

Firefox is CONSTANTLY crashing now and I'm about ready to switch to another browser unless someone can give me a reason to stay.
