Firefox crashes
My Firefox crashes often, after startup ........ maybe once or twice an hour. I am sending you the latest report. Firefox seems to crash most often when I am simply clicking on links found on a web page. I have updated Windows, updated my drivers, and my Avast virus detection.

I am unable to understand your reply to my crash report.
The crash ID you provided shows that Flash is crashing. The link takes you to the bug report where the developers are looking into the crash. At this time there is no known fix for the issue.

Thank you for expanding your explanation, fmdeveloper. I now understand your first response. I appreciate the help you provide to novice Firefox users like myself.
The problem is caused by Shockwave Flash plugin. Try Disabling or Removing it.
Check and tell if its working.
