2 days ago, firefox asked me to update, when I clicked to update, and re-started, the browser opens to a blank page, I can't even see my bookmarks or toolbar or anything, just a blank page - I don't want to lose my bookmarks, please, please HELP!
When the above mentioned occured 2 days ago, I went to restore system 4 times and I'm still not able to have anything show on Mozilla browzer - just a blank page - I have alot of bookmarked pages that I am working with and I really need help to restoring everything back as it was.

this actually happened to me a few weeks ago when i wanted to try out the Firefox Aurora (step before Beta). i also attempted system restore to no avail. so what i did was actually reinstalled the older version i was working with before in frustration with Aurora. magically with no explanation, all my bookmarks came back to life. so yea try and reinstall the older version and see what that does. good luck!
Thank you for trying to help me, but I don't know how to technically go about re-installing another version and I am so afraid to lose the bookmarks - I don't even know what version I ended up updating. Could you give me a hint to walk me through it.
