How do I move buttons on message compose window?

I'm not sure what to call the different parts of the compose-message window, so please look at the attached screenshot. I'd like to relocate some of the buttons from the top right corner to the lower left, below where the formatting buttons are. Is there a way to do so?

There is no option in Thunderbird to move those buttons to the lower left. It might be possible for a developer to write the necessary CSS code to be used in the userChrome.css file. I am using userChrome.css myself but I am no developer.
