The sign in submission form fails for android Firefox but not andriod chrome at: https://www.national-lottery.co.uk/sign-in

There maybe a sight w3c incompatibility issue but it may also be a java script or dybnaic page rebdering issue specific to Firefox.

The forms submission button remains grey and fails to do anything after the forms have been completed. The auto form completion from the managed passwords all works fine.

This is something between the lottery operator and your session, we don't know why they're disabling the login button for you. Users have reported using Private Browsing Mode helps to unblock the form for them.
