i have removed mailbox from TB who requesting reAuth, but TB continue requesting of this mailbox reeAuth

There might still be a Google Calendar or Address Book linked to the deleted account, which triggers the authentication prompt.

im forgot a password

That's nothing anybody can help you with. Check Google account recovery options. https://accounts.google.com/RecoverAccount

where i can remove in total this mailbox calendar or address book? could you help me? or do you have a tool who will help migrate from beta to stable version with all my mailboxes and accs?

Hello there

The behaviour you are experiencing is a security requirement, not a bug. Having this happen across so many accounts can indeed be very frustrating.

This situation occurs because you are using OAuth2 for Gmail, Yahoo, or both. For security reasons, this OAuth2 authentication must take place in an actual web browser (such as Firefox) rather than Thunderbird's standard built-in pop-up window.

Because you have many accounts configured—more than 30—Thunderbird is attempting to renew the authentication tokens for all of them simultaneously.

Every time you close or skip the login window, the authentication fails.

Thunderbird will keep retrying the process, which ultimately causes your email retrieval to stay blocked.

You are wrong! I have already removed mailbox, but TB continue treating me with your OAuth for removed MAILBOX(!!!!) Do you understand me? Why TB requesting oAuth for removed mailbox?! If i will remove FF, TB will be requiring oauth in TB WINDOW?

Hello there

The deleted mailbox keeps prompting for authentication . Please verify that these accounts have been completely removed and that no remnants from the previous setup remain.

Please review the following points to understand what needs to be checked:

1. Check for a leftover Outgoing Server (SMTP).

2. Check for leftover Calendars or Address Books.

3. Clear the saved OAuth Tokens.

Hello there

Looking further into this issue, there appears to be a known bug in Thunderbird.

This specific issue was prominent around version 128.0, but unfortunately, similar symptoms are still appearing in the latest releases and current beta versions.

Please carry out the troubleshooting steps I provided earlier, as this is the most likely solution to resolve the authentication prompts. If you are interested, you can also report this bug directly to the Mozilla Bug Department so their team can look into it.

If a resolution cannot be found for this situation, could the account data be preserved while a hard reset is performed on the old beta account? Otherwise, there is a risk that the account will linger in the system and create a zombie file.

1. i have checked all smtp servers and removed mailbox is absent there. 2. where need to be checked? i never used calendar or address books 3. i can not clear saved tokens, because in this way i need to reauth for all my accounts(this is veery crazy way), but i have checked in passwords all tokens which i saved before and removed mailbox is abseent too.

Maybe neeed clear cookies in webcontent? i mean regarding all cookies there associated with "google account" ?

i have downgraded to 156.0b2, but TB requires create a new profile and con not continue with my old profile, i have upgraded again to the latest beta. Do you have some tips for my issue?

Sorry for not replying sooner.

I need to reiterate my request to test downgrading to 156.0b2, so that we can determine whether your problem is in fact caused by a code change between b2 and b3, because there were some changes according to https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/156.0beta/releasenotes/

You can avoid the profile warning by starting Thunderbird from the Windows command as follows

 thunderbird.exe --allow-downgrade
  1. 1
  2. 2
