I can't access the VPN.

I'm in Canada and the VPN icon does not show up either in my toolbar or when I try to customize my toolbar. I get the Firefox updates telling me about it, and follow all instructions but I still can't find it. Am I missing something?

I also have the same issue with the new split view option. It does not show up. I can access it using the ALT button, but not through the icon.
