When I toggle on Firefox's built in VPN, all web sites display "Secure Connection Failed".

I recently enabled Firefox's built in VPN. Signed into my Mozilla account, and when I toggle the VPN ON, every site gives "Secure Connection Failed". If I toggle the VPN OFF, it all goes back to normal.
