Using the Firefox browser: Logging into MS365 via https://login.microsoftonline.com has recently caused the “Copilot homepage” (m365.cloud.microsoft) to freeze. There is no response to mouse clicks or keyboard input. The login name is displayed in the bottom left corner, but there is no reaction with information and options as usual.
