Please confirm in writing that:

1. The subscription has been canceled 2. Auto-renew has been turned off 3. No further charges will be made

Paid support for Monitor Plus ended on March 16, 2026 and Monitor Plus has shutdown. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/monitor-plus-shutting-down

The regular Mozilla Monitor is free to use.

You might not get an official cancellation handled through the forum itself. It’s better to go directly to your Mozilla account settings or billing section to cancel the subscription. If you were charged recently, contacting their support team directly would give you a clearer answer about refunds.
