adding new account incoming server already exists
I can't get through the connection hub. all the settings are correct, but when I try to continue in says incoming server already exists

So you are adding a second account. Is that correct? I have to ask because so often this error is because folk are trying to fix something with their existing account by adding it again. Something this error is attempting to prevent because it is rare to need the same account added multiple times to the same instance of Thunderbird.
