IRS Login Page Problem
I cannot load the IRS webpage for my account. I load the following page: "https://www.irs.gov/" click on "Sign into your account" which directs me to another webpage: "https://www.irs.gov/your-account". I click on "Individual-sign into online account" and get the following error: "Error from: https://sa.www4.irs.gov/sso/?resumePath=%2Fas%2F0ysmHPaqAO%2Fresume%2Fas%2Fauthorization.ping&allowInteraction=true&reauth=false&connectionId=SADIPACLIENT&vnd_pi_requested_resource=https%3A%2F%2Fsa.www4.irs.gov%2Fola%2F&vnd_pi_application_name=OLA Reference ID:"
I can get into the Direct Pay website with no problem. I also can access my IRS account using my IPhone which makes me think this is a browser problem. I have disabled anti virus with no success. I called IRS and they have never heard of this problem and had no solution and said they didn't handle this issues.
Any suggestions please?

Hey Gonecampen,
Sure, I will try to provide the maximum of suggestions as possible... The first basic step I'll recommend you to do is restart and reboot your computer (so all the RAM memory and hard disk storage will be stored appropriatly, and browser can interact with the computer). If this step doesn't work, try testing this in a new profile on Firefox and see if it loads the website correctly. This problem might occur even when certain third-party cookies are blocked, that might cause an error while loading the page (To solve this go to: Settings > Privacy and Security and select custom cookies)... Please reach out to me if you need more suggestions...
Sincerely, Tharakram
I am having a similar issue. The error message URL from: https://sa.www4.irs.gov/sso/ial1?resumePath=%2Fas%2Flyc0D6b0JM%2Fresume%2Fas%2Fauthorization.ping&allowInteraction=true&reauth=false&connectionId=SADIPACLIENT&vnd_pi_requested_resource=https%3A%2F%2Fsa.www4.irs.gov%2Fsso%2Fprotected%2Flogout&vnd_pi_application_name=SADILogout Reference ID:
I have cleared the cache and history of all URL to the IRS. I have removed all of the old cookies, rebooted Firefox (and the computer) and still no luck. I was able to successfully get to the IRS site using MS Edge.
Note that the security settings for Firefox are running afoul of several sites owing to supposed out of date certificates and there is no way that the site security feature can be bypassed.
