I wanted to sync my old email to Thunderbird so I have access to all my emails and the folders did not sync properly. How do I fix it so that I have access to all my emails and folders from my old email address.

Where is the old e-mail account? In what way did which folders not synch properly? Please tell us more details of the problem.

Hi Scooter,

The email was with Office 365 and when I added it to Thunderbird, the folders that were in my email did not come across. I still have the folders on my Outlook however the email has since been closed. I would like to move the folders over to my new office 365 email address so I can have access to the email threads in one location.

Ah, transferring Outlook/Office messages is beyond me. You can learn about it by searching the forum.
