Hi, your Firefox reported that it is version 115 running on Windows 7. Is that correct? The Extended Support Release of Firefox 115 is the latest for Windows 7. (See: Firefox users on Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 moving to Extended Support Release)
But if you meant some other kind of upgrade, what request did you get?
