Is there really no way to export your bookmarks toolbar? How could this have been missed by developers? I've searched high and low with no answers. Note this is not the same as exporting your bookmarks.

If you want to export only the bookmarks in the Bookmarks Toolbar folder then you need to edit the bookmarks.html backup and leave only that folder in the file.

If you have an HTML editor that allows to paste text/html content from the clipboard then you can try to do a copy and paste of the Bookmarks Toolbar folder in that editor. That should give you HTML code similar as used for an HTML backup (in a normal text editor you only get links and no titles).
