I get pop up ads when I'm on the site stltoday.com. I do not have this site in my Exceptions list. What can I do to prevent pop ups while on this site?

Try getting Strict Pop Up Blocker . See if that helps. If it does not, definitely try starting in safe mode. If the problem persists, write back.
