When I turned on my latop this evening 11/21 at about 2200 hours CST all of my mail message, contacts, bookmarks archives were gone. Thunderbird looked completely different than before. What happened, where is everything and how do I get it all back?

Sounds as if Thunderbird lost track of its profile. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Recovering_a_profile_that_suddenly_disappeared
