How can I remove an old Email address in easy steps please
I have closed my AOL email account but cannot see a way of removing it from Thunderbird so keep getting the no access messages at start up. everything else is ok.

To remove an account: Tools > Account Settings or menu icon > Options > Account Settings or right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'Settings'
- Select the mail account name you want to remove.
- click on 'Account Actions'
- select ' Remove account'
- click on OK
