Bonjour, Avec le VPN je n'accède plus à ma banque en ôtant le VPN également (pas de souci avant) le message est:"verfying your browser before proceeding" voir la capture d'écran, Je n'y accède difficilement que lorsque je passe le VPN par la France. Pouvez-vous m'aider? Par avance merci. Valérie.

WHY IS THERE NO FACILITY TO ATTACH A SCREENSHOT ???? As a FF user, I need to show exactly where & how I've encountered a failure in FF, or if the failure has been caused by the website I'm seeking to access!

This suggests either a compromise of the authentication delivery service (the "Mail app" shell hijacking) or the deployment of a corrupted/compromised version of your software. Formal Request for Forensic Audit: The persistence of this activity suggests a systemic flaw or a compromised session pipeline. I request a Session Token Audit to identify:

The specific IP addresses and device fingerprints that initiated the unauthorized linkage of the Gmail identity to my account.
The OAuth scope granted during these automated handshakes.

when I try to sign in to face book I go through the sign in procedure and get stuck in a loop right back to the sign in page. I tried clearing my cash and cookies to no avail. Help!

Firefox recently seems to be crashing randomly when I disconnect from VPN. At least I think it's crashing. This has maybe started a few weeks ago?

What happens is that when I disconnect from my VPN (ProtonVPN), I will randomly not be able to load any pages. If I go to any website, it will just get stuck loading forever. No timeout. I'm able to visit the browsers own pages like settings, some about: pages like about:performance, about:memory, etc.

Why I'm not sure if it's crashing is because the browser itself is not closing, I have to manually close the browser window. Once I close the window manually and wait a while, the crash reporter pops up. If I close the window manually then re-open it, theres a text prompt that shows up telling me Firefox is still open and if I want to close it to re-open Firefox.

I don't think it's the VPN's issue as when I disconnect from my VPN, applications other than Firefox work and have internet connectivity (a separate browser like Chrome, or discord, etc)

What I have tried:

• new Firefox profile
• Using Firefox Nightly
• Various ProtonVPN settings (but I don't think its related to ProtonVPN)
• Various Firefox network settings
• Both Firefox and Firefox Nightly Open, when disconnecting VPN one would stop letting me reach sites but other wouldn't

I have the crash report details (from Firefox and Firefox Nightly) but unsure where best to upload or if it contains any sensitive data.

And I also see this for maybe why the browser itself doesn't "crash" MozCrashReason: Shutdown hanging at step AppShutdownNetTeardown. Something is blocking the main-thread.

If it's okay to share the crash reports then I can add them.

I checked and borh of my Lenovo Chromebooks are running the 2026 version. Neither one will allow me to import bookkmarks . Is there a version I need other than the provided by Google?

I ran the commands listed in the instructions for installing Mozilla VPN with Linux and I got the following error after running the following command:

I need to know what I need to do in order to continue on with the istallation

I submitted a bug last to Bugzilla last Sep. that seems not yet to be assigned to anyone, and a bug two days ago that wasn't acknowledged. Is the Bugzilla site working? Should I be doing something else to report the bug?

When I start VPN, it brings me to a page to choose a subscription, but I have a yearly subscription paid in November 2025. Then my Mozilla account says I am logged on but when I click on the application icon I get a circular icon in the window with a cancel button underneath it. See attachment.
