When I use this site and scroll down the page, then select a news piece https://www.telegraph.co.uk/ And then navigate back to the main page it scrolls to a completely different part of the page. I then have to scroll around to find my place. This gets irritating - and other browsers don't have this problem. I have had to stop using Firefox Android. It would be good to get it fixed Phil

Despite updating Firefox I cannot currently use Facebook via this browser. The buttons for showing notifications, switching user and a number of others don't display or don't work even if they are visible. The content of posts is also not always displayed. After an hour with Meta's bot the conclusion is that, as these functions work via another browser, the problem is with Firefox.

The new government site bom.gov.au loads but flickering, it was working a few month ago but illegible now. Works fine in Private Mode and in MS Edge

I am disappointed that I am not able to access my Mobile phone account, which is with O2, using Firefox but I can do so using Google Chrome, so I would like to know why I cannot access the account through Firefox.

on some sites, when I try to sign in I have entered my login information, but when I hit enter or submit for instance bigfishgames.com nothing happens. When I am on my Drs portal after I have entered pages of information and hit submit, again it does not get accepted. Soooo, I have to leave firefox and go to a different browser. Any help would be greatly appreciated, it is very frustrating when this happens. It is so frustrating that even though I have been on Firefox for many years I am thinking about using a different browser.

I am using Firefox on Ubuntu Linux. When I open WhatsApp Web, it does not work correctly. The page may not load properly or login does not complete. I have tried refreshing the page, clearing cache and cookies, and restarting Firefox, but the issue remains. Please help me troubleshoot this problem.

Has Firefox instituted a security setting that is interfering with commerce-related sites? Suddenly I can't log in to my credit union (gets stuck on "authentication" step), amazon.com (endless "transferring data" message during login attempt), and mutual fund sites (similar to amazon.com experience). These all are related to money/commerce. I've turned off Firefox's popup blocking and even explicitly allowed cookies for the sites. I did a Refresh to get rid of extensions that might be causing problems (even though there wasn't a problem a week ago on these sites). I've tried Firefox on a second computer for the credit union site and got the same behavior. Chrome has no problem with these logins, by the way.

yesterday i could not sign into my windows 11 AOL email because it kept returning me to sign in and asking for verification and more options to sign in this is the first time that this problem has occured including when i used windows 7 and windows 10 this problem only occurs in Firefox and i can sign in to my AOL email in Google Chrome

Why i can't login to https://laboutik.com.br/login anymore? was working well before.

- The login page show up - When click for conection, the window close directly and it comes back to the Firefox home page.

I am using a Wacom tablet as a touchpad for my PC.

And its scrolling functionality works perfectly fine in every program except on YouTube, specifically when a video is playing.

All of a sudden, scrolling up or down now also registers as a horizontal scroll and skips the video timeline back and forth.

Tried disabling all I could think of related to gestures, horizontal scrolling, or smooth scrolling in the about:config page, but nothing worked.

Disabling the vertical scroll action in the tablet's software does disable vertical scrolling in Firefox as well, as expected. So, changes are getting applied. However, not so for left/right gestures, disabling those in the software had no impact whatsoever in Firefox (on YouTube videos).

Finally, this issue does not occur on Chrome at all. Chrome can handle vertical scrolling on YouTube videos just fine with no need to disable anything.

So, hardware wise, everything is working fine.

Is there any solution to this?

I am perfectly fine disabling any horizontal scrolling gesture whatsoever if that turns out to be the solution.

Receive "video unavailable" message when trying to watch Amazon Prime Video. I can view with no issues on Chrome. Amazon support hasn't come up with any answers.

Firefox has just updated on my Windows 11 PC at around 1100 17/06/2026 and now I cannot access my Spanish banking online with Banco Sabadell.

When I try to log in I get a message saying 'the process cannot proceed because of security issues.'

I could log in prior to the update and I can still log in using Brave.

By process of elimination I deduced that it must be something to do with the update.

Hello, for some time now I've been experiencing a number of problems with the latest Firefox updates.

Today I have version 152.0 (64-bit), which was updated again this morning. I restarted my mid-2015 MacBook Pro Retina. I have fiber optic internet, which is very high speed.

I've been using Firefox for over two years.

1) For the past eight days, I've been experiencing many problems with Google Meet; I get freezes, audio and video dropouts...

2) For the past three days, I haven't been able to log in to this website: https://creators.spotify.com/pod/login

3) For about ten days, I've been having trouble logging into my Stripe dashboard, with significant slowness and/or crashes.

4) In Notion, I'm also experiencing significant slowness, with pages taking a long time to load.

In short, several problems that I didn't have at all a month ago or before.

But now it's a nightmare.

I don't have any of these problems in Safari or Google Chrome.

So what's going on in Firefox?

Why is it such a hassle?

I am finding more and more that i have to go to Chrome to fill out forms. When there are check boxes on a website like the League of Women Voters to renew membership i find i can not click the box when using firefox. has something changed across the web or is there a privacy setting i can disable temporarily or ... something else? i really try to avoid Chrome but it seems that is the one browser that works consistently. And now i try to click the box at the bottom of this page to get email answers and it doesn't work. wow.,

I have a few problems at my house and am trying to send photos of my garden gate which is not working. I cannot upload these photos as I get a message "Vous n’avez pas les droits nécessaires pour téléverser ce type de fichier" which I've translated to "You do not have the necessary permissions to upload this type of file.

I am using Windows 11 (this is nothing to do with Onedrive as far as I am aware).

This is a recent problem. How can I sort it please? The photos are on my Desktop as they are easier to find here.
