Turning off header & footer when printing from webpage

I need to print documents directly from the browser (Page Actions -> Share Page With... -> Print) without the auto-generated header and footer that show the URL and date/time. I can’t find a setting to turn this off, and nothing within iOS’ settings seems to provide a universal way to do turn this off either. Halp!
