You cannot install Firefox from Mozilla or from the Microsoft Store on Windows in S mode. You must first switch out of S mode. Learn more.

Windows in S mode does not allow installation of apps from outside of the Microsoft Store, so you will not be able to install Firefox from Mozilla's website.
