Maybe, if you share the error message you receive when attempting to send someone here may have suggestions. Thank you.

If you can't send, you need to post screenshot of error message, screenshot of SMTP server settings pane, and screenshot of incoming server settings pane. Usually, that is sufficient for a volunteer here to make suggestions. Thank you
