Hello, After forgetting my Mozilla Firefox password,i uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox,but now, whenever i open Zimbra.free.fr ,for example,i get the following message from Firefox; please enter your master password. i enter it,but it does'nt recognize it. Hello Bernard,

Uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox doesn't remove your profile data, which is where the master password is stored. That's why Firefox is still asking for it.

Try to remember the correct master password or

Reset your master password https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-primary-password-if-youve-forgotten-it
