I received an email from m.onetrust.com "on behalf of Mozilla"
The email was a "no reply" referring to a "Request ID: NBRBLM37JG -request for an access code" with a link to a "privacy portal" (which wouldn't open).
I don't know why I got this and what (if anything) do I need to do. Do I need an access code? Should I block the one trust.com sender?
Chosen solution
Thanks for responding Paul. It doesn't solve my problem though. I changed my email and added a recovery email to my account a few weeks ago. FF sent me confirmation codes which bounced back to me every time as undelivered mail. Then I received notice that they were going to delete my account because I hadn't (couldn't) comply - they thought I had ignored the code request. Then yesterday this onetrust no reply email came saying "your privacy request has been completed" and there was a portal link to this, which would not open. :(
I am still very worried about losing my account which I have had for years. Given the communication problems, what can I do to sort this out?
I thought adding a recovery email would make my account safer, not threatened with being deleted : [
Thank you for the info about Onetrust though. - Anna

Hi
Have you recently submitted a data request to Mozilla to have a copy of your personal data or to have it erased?
I believe that OneTrust is the platform used by Mozilla to manage personal data requests.
