Sorry to post here. I actually have a question I need to post in the Thunderbird forum. But when I got there, there is no button for posting. Instead there is a button that says "Top contributors." Can some one tell me how to post there? I'm using Firefox and logging in. There's just no button to post in that forum like there is here. (Actually, I went in and out of this and the other Mozilla forum several times, and sometimes the button is there and sometimes it isn't. It never shows up in the Thunderbird forum.)

Any idea about what's going on?

Many thanks!

In the "get help" section of the mozilla support homepage click thunderbird then scroll down and click on a button that says "ask the community" then click "Thunderbird" and then click "Ask Now". Hopefully that helped :)

Thank you everyone! The links you sent worked. I don't know what the issue was. But I was able to post my message on the Thunderbird forum.

Thanks again, and for the really fast response.
