Please help as I am in the middle of an exam. Firefox browser freezes or unresponsive on MacBook 2019. I have installed and uninstalled several times to no vail.

Caution, I am not IT savvy and their website help is not helpful at all.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
