when i click on a bookmark, it will not open yet

when i do left click on a bookmark from bookmark menu, bookmark does not open yet I must do right click, select "Open in New Tab" only then I can see my bookmark opened

Chosen Solution

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
