It says my email box is full and won't accept new emails. It isn't full.

I am literally unable to receive emails via Thunderbird. It says the box is full, although the saved emails are currently Zero, as I have placed them on my desktop to save them. I can receive email on my server's webmail site and I can send emails via Thunderbird, just not receive them.

There are no received emails in the inbox at all. And it still says the inbox is full.
