On several computers on the network, thick black lines randomly appear when you scroll. To get rid of them, you have to scroll to another part of the page. I have tried tweaking the graphics acceleration, updating all parts of Firefox, and am running with no add-ons. All the computers are running Windows 7 on newly updated RAM and video cards, on new-ish monitors.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox (you need to close and restart Firefox).

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
