Hi I'm unable to flash videos keep getting " missing flash player plugin" message. However I have installed flash player 12 several times, the installation appears to complete succesfully, but on reloading page flash player missing again appears. I can play Youtube videos, as they play automatically using the html5 player. Both Flash 12 activex/plugin appear in programs list, but don't appear in ff add-ons list.

I have tried resetting firefox, recently upgraded to 27, have also re-installed pluginsreg file as suggested, but to no avail. Hope you will be able to help

Thanks Shaun

There are two versions of Flash player

One is for IE, and one is for 'other browsers'.

Go here:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

Use the pull down menu to choose your operating system and the Other browsers selection, THEN please remember to un-check McAfee Security Scan Plus tick box as it is just extra bloat for you to install, unless you like that stuff .

Best of Luck

Kind Regards

Thanks so much for your help!

Just successfully installed flash player, msi version, rather than exe.

Thanks Shaun
