Hi,

Firefox and other browsers are front ends that just display email pages like any other web pages. The email account, the emails in it, the account settings, storage etc. are all at the provider's (AOL, gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc.) end. So you may have to find a way to contact AOL.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
