cannot log onto Farmville 2 since your last updat the game will not load on zygna and it does load on Facebook but is frozen and I cannot play. Please fix this

I cannot load Farrmville 2 thru Zygna at all and when trying to load Farmville 2 thru Facebook it loads and then the game is frozen.
