I am unclear on the problem. Whether they have a 'reply all' button is dependent on the email client that they use. What am I not understanding? Thank you.

They all use the Thunderbird client if I understood your question.

The only way this can be addressed is for a recipient to post a screenshot. Otherwise, this cannot be investigated.

One thing the recipients should try is to run in safe/troubleshoot mode (under Help/Troubleshoot Mode) and see if the Reply All button is shown in the message header. A workaround is to right-click in the message, Reply > Reply All.
