Hi Ron,

When composing a new email, you can enable the Composition toolbar with View -> Toolbars -> Composition Toolbar from the menu. If you don't have the menu enabled, you can open it via Alt+V (that opens the View menu).

By the way, you can also use Ctrl+Enter to send the e-mail.

I have the same problem. And the composition toolbar isn't an option offered to me, View-Toolbars offers Menu Bar, Quick Filter Bar, Spaces Toolbar and Status Bar. I am on v143. I have re-installed, I have tried troubleshoot mode. Nothing works GRRR
