When I look up JotForm, they have a variety of ways to add a form to your site, ranging from putting components on your server to embedding the form from their server. How did you set up the form?

Assuming your form is a page component that uses an iframe: Is the frame rendering as a blank rectangle, or not at all? Or is the problem with how the content in the frame works? To investigate what is happening in the frame, try right-clicking within the rectangle and then expanding the "This Frame" submenu for options.
