I cannot access my credit union's marketing page: "marketing.riograndecu.org" This has been a problem for the past week. I am connected to my home wifi. I repeatedly get this message:

The connection has timed out

The server at marketing.riograndecu.org is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.

Help, please.

The error message "The connection has timed out" indicates that the browser was unable to receive a response from the server within the expected time. This typically points to a server-side issue such as high load, network problems, or server downtime, rather than a problem with the browser itself. However, it may also be helpful to verify that your internet connection, including your router, is functioning properly to rule out any client-side connectivity issues.

Thanks for your input. I should have mentioned that this has been a problem for a week, and it occurs on Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Edge.

I have no other such delays with my internet connection.

I called the CU earlier, and they weren't aware of any technical problems with the two different issues I raised about the website and an email newsletter with links. I'll just give up!

Thanks.

Does this issue only occur on your home network? It may be helpful to let us know your router model or computer model! By the way, it's not responding here too, so this can be a server-side issue as well.

Now I can't even log in at all to my CU, either on my PC or on my iPhone app. I give up and will call the CU tomorrow, again, and see what the problem is. I appreciate your responses.

You see it doesn't work in any browser, so it's not a browser issue, but more of a question is that a valid link. I doubt it.

There is nothing about marketing on their sitemap. https://www.riograndecu.org/site-map
