My ability to send email from kay@haushousellc.com from Thunderbird stopped working on both of my computers. Msg came up saying the smtp server had timed out. Walked away for several hours and tried again with the same result. Today, I checked the settings and saw a different smtp server for the email, so I changed it. Still doesn't work inside the Thunderbird environment. A msg pops up saying the imap.haushousellc.com certificate is not valid. Someone may be trying to impersonate and don't continue. So I changed the to imap.netfirms.com. Still doesn't work. I went to Netfirms.com, launched through Roundcube and was able to sent without a problem. I am at a loss! I think this may be a result of the last Thunderbird update. Don't know how you will respond, but kay@allyourstrorage.com will work.

I think it might be that the SMTP server is not using the correct encryption certificate and you either need to have someone at roundcube fix that or you need to create an exception for that certificate. I think there is an accept button in the dialog is there not.

I checked. https://www.immuniweb.com/ssl/imap.haushousellc.com/Lp8R8uy6/

The certificate being offered on connection apparently is for servers names *.bizland.com and bizland.com so Thunderbird is doing the correct thing alerting you to the discrepancy. What you choose to do about that is really up to you. Either accept it, contact your provider of the account for them to correct it, or simply stop using a mail client. Those really are your choices.
