Greetings Brett, My playing Videos of any sort, has frequently been that way, & at times the Video would completely stop, & have to reload. It took quite a bit of time, to find out what the problem is, & It is My Service Provider Frontier, having completely lied to me about My Internet Speed, which on a "Very Good Day", is only 1.6Gps. You may want to check the Upload/Download Speed of Your Internet Provider first, and if that is "All Good", then work your way towards Your Browser, so as to determine where the "Problem" is.
