Sync and save data

Trying to sync Firefox on a Win11 desktop and an iPhone 11. The menu on the iPhone does not have a “Sync and save data” to tap. I can’t get to “ready to scan”. To hold my iPhone over the code. Suggestions appreciated.

You have to Stop Syncing first. Once you tell your phone to Stop Syncing, then where your name/email address was will appear the Scan and Sync. Just figured it out myself. No idea what to do if you’re trying to sync one phone and two computers…

Hi Barry

Do you see your name or email address in the Firefox for iOS menu? If so, select that to see the Firefox Sync options.

I have this problem too, and when trying the above solution I am able to see the connected laptop in the list, but there is no option to scan the QR code and sync.
