I have an hp printer. I use windows 11. When i go to print on Thunderbird it sends me to "documents" . I checked that the printer is working and it is. I do not know what to do when it shows "documents" Help

Maybe if you do a screenshot of the view when about to print may help.

Sounds like it’s trying to "print to PDF" instead of your actual printer. In the Thunderbird print dialog, make sure your HP printer is selected and not something like "Microsoft Print to PDF." That tripped me up once too!
