Win 10 locally and logged in to Rackspace Exchange Server, Using their "Outlook for the Web". Using FireFox 95..... I wanted to create my sent e-mails "e-signature" that would always be automatically added at the end of my sent e-mails. Succeeded in browsing to the e-signature entry page... when I click on the entry box.... all options turn gray and I can do nothing but exit the setting at that point. Rackspace's troubleshooting Chat Technician asked if I had tried with a different browser... I had not. I opened Google Chrome, logged in and browsed to the same e-signature creation page. Clicked in the entry box, created my e-signature, saved it, and everything is copasetic! Clearly FireFox has a problem..... I have been a faithful user of FireFox for many years...
