Can't edit e-signature in Outlook for the Web
Win 10 locally and logged in to Rackspace Exchange Server, Using their "Outlook for the Web". Using FireFox 95..... I wanted to create my sent e-mails "e-signature" that would always be automatically added at the end of my sent e-mails. Succeeded in browsing to the e-signature entry page... when I click on the entry box.... all options turn gray and I can do nothing but exit the setting at that point.
Rackspace's troubleshooting Chat Technician asked if I had tried with a different browser... I had not.
I opened Google Chrome, logged in and browsed to the same e-signature creation page. Clicked in the entry box, created my e-signature, saved it, and everything is copasetic! Clearly FireFox has a problem.....
I have been a faithful user of FireFox for many years... Please don't force me to switch browsers....

Firefox is a web browser and not an email client.
Is your question about a web based email server or about the Thunderbird program or something different ?
I am very aware that FireFox is NOT an e-mail Client.....This is not about using Firefox as an e-mail client! This is when accessing my e-mail using a browser to access Outlook for the Web. This service is for when an e-mail user is accessing the e-mails USING a browser..... Not "normal" Outlook.... Outlook for the Web. Yes, YOU DO use a browser to access e-mails in this manner.....
Firefox in a Corp environment hasn't been pretty for me in a while. Are you on 95.0.2? Have tried the same steps in your personal Outlook?
