Are these purchases being made through Firefox? Perhaps the card is saved as "form" data. To clear "form" data, please see this article: Clear your browsing history and other personal data on Firefox for Android.

If the purchases are being made through another application, such as the Google Play store, you will need to find the settings for those applications, or reach out to their providers.
