When I close & reopen Firefox 28.0 my "command" icons disappear...why???

Hi! This doesn't happen all the time, only very frequently, so I'm at a loss to make any association with this. Could it be due to the appearance add-on that I have installed, (right now I'm using Walnut 2), or is it caused by something else? Is there a way to save all my settings & customizations so this doesn't keep happening or is this a common problem? Any suggestions will be gratefully appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help! Did you try in Safe mode? For opening firefox in safe mode, please see the article Firefox Safe Mode Also, you can update your firefox to latest version. Please see it for updating information Update Firefox to the latest release
