I cannot access the Chewy.com website on Firefox.
I can access Chewy with Safari, but not with Firefox. So the problem is not with my Mac settings and the problem is not with Chewy, the problem is with Firefox. Please address and fix it.

With cookies disabled chewy.com is a white page but
However https://www.chewy.com/app/content/about is fine
so not a Firefox issue but a chewy one
Not so. " https://www.chewy.com/app/content/about " takes me to the sign-in page, but when I try to sign in I get the white page. Again, everything works with Safari, but not with Firefox, so it's a Firefox issue. Started with the most recent "upgrade."
Have you tried clearing cookie memory/data for chewy, then login from scratch etc. So it's not that you can't access as in the title, but you can't sign in, a different issue.
Well I don't have an account so won't test that.
Still I would say the sign in page is looking at your cookies and they are under or over baked. Clear and start afresh would be the first thing I would do
next would be to see if I can read the source code, is anything there, if not it seems to be a security issue and again the cookies would be my first enquiry.
Have you searched the internet . . . . ???????
Seems a common occurrence and not specific to Firefox

Yes, I cleared the cookies, which I regret. Didn't help. On the Internet, I see I'm not the only Firefox customer with this issue. I get e-mails from Chewy, offers and such. I can open them, but when I try to respond, I get the white page. Also, when I try to simply go to the site on my own, I get the white page.
" Also, when I try to simply go to the site on my own, I get the white page."
You mean when you try to sign it, otherwise it's fine ???
Did you see this?
"Chewy website is showing a blank white screen on Google Chrome. I can access it on Explorer, on my phone, everywhere else but on Google Chrome on my laptop. I have deleted cache, reset permissions blah blah blah, still won't work. I had no issues until I had to reinstall Google Chrome on my laptop. Every other site works"
So more than an Fx issue
No, I mean I can open their e-mail, but I can't respond to it or click on anything.
So it also affects Chrome. I don't use that. I can use Safari, everything works fine there, but it's inconvenient. Either way, the common denominator seems to be Firefox. BTW, I got one message telling me to contact Chewy, which I did (by phone). They have no idea...
Hi,
Here are some standard troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue (please feel free to skip those that you've already tried):
- Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield
icon in the left part of the address bar.
- If ETP is enabled, try disabling it.
- If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache.
- If it does not help, try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website).
- If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. If the problem doesn't persist, please follow the steps from this article to troubleshoot further.
- If nothing from the above helps, try creating a new Firefox profile and check if the issue persists there. If it doesn't, you can start copying files from your old profile to the new one to identify which one causes the issue. See this article on what files to copy.
Does any of the above help? Looking forward to your update on how it goes!
