Feature request: a way to easily backup & restore settings, allowing clean reinstallation without having to manually enter frequently used sites into the search settings.

Using Firefox Klar for Android

I am unable to export from tbird windows to Android. When I click on the first qr code and then done phone goes back to the import page. This has been for quite awhile. I have 9 accounts to export and get 3 qr codes on pc.

What do I?

Same on w10 or w11.

In my previous mail I stated, that after the last Firefox Update last week virtually all my Bookmarks in the Bookmark sidebar AND the Bookmark toolbar have been blanked out i.e. the URL links have been eliminated, the ext is still there with a 'world icon'. Firefox does not let me restore from a saved .json file. Please let me have a solution for this problem, which is absolute first since using Firefox 1 1/2 decades ago. Thank you

My main, daily used computer updated to FF 134.0 when it was released. Two other computers that are less used will not. All are Win10. The two computers were booted up this weekend, but when you try to check for updates, it says they are already up to date. Both are 133.0.3 and have never had update issues before.

Was the 134 update pulled for some reason?

I know I can probably manually download and install the update, but am worried there may be problems with 134.

I've downloaded Firefox on a new computer. Following step #1, there is not green "download as" button so I can't proceed with the installation. Is a "donation" required before installation can be completed. If so, no problem. Kindly advise what I'm doing wrong.

I am about to lose access to Outlook. My current settings show imap.mail.yahoo.com and smtp.mail.yahoo.com and it is working. This is an sbcglobal.net account. When I look at what ATT says it should be due to changes they made it reflects imap.mail.att.net and smtp.mail.att.net. The ports are the same between both choices. It says on both of these when entered that it can't access and the user name or password is incorrect which is not the case. Any help out there???

Hello since the last update of 133 to 134 Google no longer works as it should on my Firefox every time I close it asks me to delete all cookies and all data and so I am obliged to reinstall everything each time opening Firefox things work again I went back to 133 and now it's works normaly, but I do not understand why the 134 plant Google mail, Google Agenda, and so on ??? I followed the instructions for importing settings from my laptop. After scanning the QR code from my laptop it reported settings had been imported. However the only available folder on the app is Outbox. I would like Inbox available.

This may be different than other posts. I had been trying out Waterfox for better security, but decided to remove it. I did two things: First removed Waterfox using REVO Unstaller. REBOOTED

I might have had RATAIL malware so decided to install Charter Security Suite since was free with my account. Rebooted.

At this point is when I wanted to check my email. Got profile error and Thunderbird will not load. Uninstalling , reboot and reinstalling does not help. I keep a backup of my profile folder in these cases. I really need this fixed as I have years of several profiles and email that I need. Thanks

Hi. On an Active Directory, we deploy Firefox (normal or ESR). It's OK. When we deactivate the link of the GPO, it's supposed to uninstall. But it doesn't (even if we delete the GPO, specifying to uninstall at once).

The gpresult command on each computer doesn't show the GPO anymore, but Firefox is still installed.

( FYI, we used to do that with FrontMotion Community Edition, and it was always working (instal and uninstal). We even just tried the "last" (but old) ESR edition present on the FrontMotion site (CEESR-102), and it works. But FM CE version has stopped being developped. )

So, any idea about why the official Mozilla Firefox version (normal or ESR) doesn't uninstall?

I recently upgraded from Thunderbird 116 to 128 on Kubuntu 22.04, since then it has crashed at least once every day.

For some reason it is unable to send a crash report, instead I get the attached window pop up.
