Bookmarks Toolbar won't stay hidden

I have Multirow Bookmarks Toolbar Plus 1.2 installed so I have bookmarks on 2 rows. I moved my search bar to the left of the Menu bar and I moved every other toolbar up 1 place. I then untick the "Bookmarks Toolbar" as there's nothing on it anymore and it disappears like it should. However when I restart Firefox it reappears.

I deleted localstore.rdf but I still have the same problem.
