This mornings update from Firefox was downloaded but the laptop will not restart. It tries to start and the lights on the keyboard light up. It is continually trying to restart. The screen is blank. it was working fine up till I clicked on restart.

Chosen solution

The PC screen does not light up and I think it is dead. It may be entirely coincidental and it may have a hardware fault that would have stopped it from working even without the firefox download. I will have to take it to repair shop and see if anything can be saved from the hard drive.
