xfinity email will not completely load using firefox browser it did in the past
I can view my email using Explorer but no longer can get all my folders when opening xfinity in Firefox browser. Says loading but will not load the saved emails. Help

Change your Xfinity Connect preference to Connect Lite. If you can't open the Preferences from the Inbox Preview page using Firefox, make that change using IE.
It worked fine last spring when Comcast first rolled out the update from Comcast Zimbra to Xfinity Connect, but later during the summer they "fixed" something and broke that Inbox Preview page for Firefox users.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

looks a little funny but my folders are back and all is loaded. Thanks
