Why does my new FF4 installation require a "Software Security Device" password even before setting up Sync?

Oh nevermind... I figured it out. It was asking for my master password prior to setting up an account.

Really, it should ask for a master password, not a "Software Security Device." What the heck is THAT anyway. At least provide a hint....
